Within 24 hours of continuous operation, we noticed a difference right away. Not only does the product filter out the dander and dust but helps remove the "cat smell". Also leaving behind the slightest Arm and Hammer "fresh" smell.
There are two setting, high and low. Both of these are optimal for any smaller sized room. My younger cat, who is a bit skidish took sometime to adjust to the higher setting. It scared her a bit, as the high setting is a tad loud. However it is very easy to live with.
The product also comes with 1 filter included in the box. Separate replacement filters are reasonably priced as well.
I have already recommended this purifier to some of my friends and family members who have cats.
